Workout Wednesday at the Region 3 Training Camp

This workout was filmed September 7th, 2009 at the Region 3 Optional Training Camp held at Capital Gymnastics in Cedar Park, Texas. The camp was put on by Region 3 Camp Coordinator and Aerial Athletics Coach Heather Schelzer. Camp Coaches included Tammy Biggs, Sean Golden, Tom Koll, and Neil and Patty Resnick. Look out for future elite Simone Biles of Bannon's Gymnastix who throws a laid out double double at age 12! The camp also included future elites Mack Brannan and Brandie Jay. Music by 46Bliss
