Metroplex's Cathy Eksteen (RSA) On Competing For South Africa And Worlds Experience - Qualifcations, 2017 World Championships

Cornelia (Cathy) Eksteen had always dreamed of competing for South Africa and this year her dreams came true! Both her parents are South African citizens and she gained citizenship a couple years ago.

She hopes to continue competing for RSA and her long term goal is making the Olympic team. She is also committed to the University of Washington where she will continue on to NCAA gymnastics in the fall of 2020.
