Tried-And-True Tkatchev Progression For Beginners

Scott Cusimano of GymQuarters goes through a Tkatchev progression that he has used for many years to teach this release from start to finish. The drills in the progression increase body and visual awareness during the skill, allowing the athlete to feel comfortable and confident when it's time to take it to the bar.

Cusimano talked about a former gymnast who was able to master her Tkatchev in just fourth months using this method. It's tried-and-true at GymQuarters and we're excited to share it with you.
