Arkansas Gym'Back Beam Workout

null

The University of Arkansas is only entering its 7th season as an NCAA program, making it the youngest gymnastics program in the NCAA. Impressively, they finished 10th as a team at NCAA's last year in just their 6th season of existence, and are ranked at #12 in the preseason coaches polls for 2009. It all started when Mark and Rene Cook came to Arkansas 7 years ago with a mission, and they've had success from the start. In fact, it only took them 4 years to build a program and qualify a team to the NCAA Championships. Get a glimpse of the program here and see how they train.

This workout was filmed December 9, 2008 as the preseason winds down. It features the Gym'Back beam assignment, and the remainder of the day's workout is coming soon!
