Gabby Douglas was part of judging panel for the 2017 Miss America competition last night, and shared the honor of crowning Miss Arkansas, Savvy Shields, as the winner of the prestigious title.

Douglas reflected on the experience in a press conference. She said she is inspired by the competition's confident and strong women, and that it was an interesting experience being a judge herself.

It's kind of different, because I've been judged like all my life.
