Danell Leyva Shares Message after Replacing John Orozco on Olympic Team
Danell Leyva has been called in to replace teammate John Orozco on the U.S. men's Olympic team after Orozco suffered a torn ACL and meniscus in training yesterday, July 15.

Leyva shared a message with the gymnastics community on his Instagram account regarding his feelings and current position:

Leyva not only has Olympic experience and impressive routines, but also the will to fight. After an unfortunate performance at P&G Championships, Leyva wasn't one of the front runners, but he performed very well at Olympic Trials where he was awarded an alternate spot. As the 2012 Olympic all-around bronze medalist, Leyva knows how to handle pressure and is a strong replacement for Team USA.
