The Top Performances in Day 1 of the Junior Women's Competition at Visa Championships
Here are some of the individual highlight routines from day 1 of the Visa Championships Junior Session.
On vault, there were two Amanars performed (Lexie Priessman and Makayla Skinner) today in the competition. Kyla Ross attempted an amanar but was given double 1/1 credit for the vault. The top vault of the day came from Cincinnati's Lexi Priessman with a 15.65.

On uneven bars the top performance of a 15.05 was put up by leader Katelyn Ohashi from Woga.
On balance beam in the final rotation Woga Katelyn Ohashi combined beautiful dance and leaps with great tumbling and a pike full-in dismount to grab the top beam score of the day and the top score in all events 16.1
On floor Katelyn Ohashi improved upon her floor performance at the Cover Girl Classic with solid tumbling and landings and a 14.9 in the first rotation to take the top spot on floor.
Some other top performances came from Kyla Ross who started off with a fall on her last pass on floor to and finished with a 14.75 on bars in the 3rd rotation. She ended the competition on beam with a 15.3 in the last rotation.
