Gymnastike will cover the 2013 Junior Olympic women's National Championships, May 9-11, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. JO Nationals are the annual national championships for USA Gymnastics' level 10 athletes. The top seven gymnasts from each of USAG's 8 regions have advanced to nationals in 8 different age groups. Competition is hosted by USA Gymnastics and Twin City Twisters.

Khazia Hislop is a first year level 10  training at Brestyan's. Khazia is known for her incredible tumbling and opens her floor routine with a huge punch double front. You might recognize Hislop as the all around winner at the 2012 Christmas on the Chesapeake. Inspired by her training mate and Olympic Champion Aly Raisman, Hislop hopes to eventually compete at the international elite level.  Minneapolis is Hislop's first J.O. Nationals and expect her to contend for a top spot in the JR B all-around.
