Incoming Freshmen: Nebraska
Next up for our NCAA Incoming Freshmen spotlight we look at Nebraska. Nebraska had an incredible finish to their 2014 season and they made it to the Super Six finishing the year in sixth overall. The Huskers will be welcoming four strong freshmen to their team this year.

Kami is a former junior national team member who trains at Geddert’s Twistars in Michigan. Kami qualified for US Nationals 3 times and level 10 JO Nationals twice. While on the junior national team she competed internationally three times and earned a total of nine medals in those competitions. Kami returned to level 10 the past few years and had a great senior season finishing ninth all-around and first on bars at 2014 JO Nationals. Kami is a solid all-around performer and has the chance to make a big impact for the Huskers. Watch Kami’s 9.525 floor routine from 2014 States here. Watch Kami’s 9.725 beam routine here

Grace is also a former junior international elite from Geddert’s Twistars and will be joining teammate Kami at Nebraska. Grace competed at JO Nationals three times, in 2010, 2012, and 2014, and she placed first all-around all three times! Grace also won the prestigious Nastia Cup in 2011. Grace is another strong all-arounder and with the two Twistars freshmen Nebraska is sure to add some depth to their lineup. Watch Grace’s first place bar routine from 2014 JO Nationals here.
