On Friday February 21, 2014, the George Washington University Colonials (7-9) travel to Columbia, Missouri to take on the University of Missouri Tigers (3-4). So far, the Colonials have posted a season high of 193.825 while the Tigers posted their highest score of the year, 194.65, back in January against Arkansas.

This will be the first time the Tigers see the Colonials in 18 years.

Junior Rachel Updike has led the Tigers throughout the season, taking multiple event and all-around titles. Last year, Updike made her way to the NCAA regional in both vault and floor.

Junior Rebecca Johnson has certainly become one of Missouri's top bar competitors. Last weekend she achieved a career-high of 9.85 last weekend at a tri meet with Illinois State and Lindenwood.

Colonial freshman, Chelsea Raineri, has won vault for the past consecutive 6 meets and hopes to make it 7.  The Raineri-Updike face-off will be close, as both gymnasts have posted similar scores throughout the season.

George Washington gymnasts Kayla Carto and Alex DeMoura will also likely contribute to the Colonials team score.

Competition begins at 6:30pm in the Hearnes Center.
