After another great meet with yet another 10.0 score from Bridget Sloan, the Florida Gators keep their number one spot in the nation. Sloan also jumps up in all-around from sixth to first place, and maintains her rank as number one on vault. Georgia Dabritz moves from second to first place on bars and Kytra Hunter keeps her first place spot on floor. Samantha Peszek scored this season's first perfect 10 on bars at UCLA's meet this weekend at Arizona State. Last week Peszek was tied for first on beam but after a 9.95, she now has sole posession of the top spot. Full rankings are available at GymInfo.

This weekend Florida was at Kentucky where they claimed their highest away score of the season, 197.175, and swept the individual awards. LSU traveled to Oklahoma where the upset the sooners and scored the highest away score of any team this season, 197.65. However, LSU's score was not enough to boost their average past Oklahoma and OU and LSU remain second and third respectively. Alabama jumped up two spots this weekend from seventh to fifth after their 197.5 at home, which is their highest team score to date.

Sloan continues to shine for the Gators and has now claimed the number 1 all-around spot. Out of the five meets and 20 routines she has competed this season, Sloan has had only one fall, which occured in the first meet of the season. Katherine Grable of Arkansas is only 0.005 behind Sloan and the top seven spots are all within one tenth of eachother.
