Laurie Hernandez is quickly becoming one of the more popular figures in American gymnastics.  The young elite gymnast finished 2nd all around at the 2013 P&G Championships and won floor at the 2013 Secret US Classic.  She has a vibrant personality and has been described by her coach, Maggie Haney, as a "crowd pleaser."

Episode one of Beyond the Routine with MG Elite takes you home with rising elite coach Maggie Haney and reveals the special bond she holds with her long-time gymnast, 2016 Olympic hopeful Laurie Hernandez.  Their relationships and intense training regimen has spawned one of the most captivating and unique floor routines in our sport, and her big personality has given her the reputation as a "fan favorite."

Episode two of Beyond the Routine takes you in the gym with MG Elite gymnasts Laurie Hernandez and Arianna Agrapides.  The two young stars prepare for competition nerves heading into the 2013 P&G Championships.  Coach Maggie Haney gives insight into each girl's style and provides special perspective on creating Laurie's spectacular floor routine.
