Bridgeport Scarlet Knights vs. Alaska Sea Wolves
Thursday, Jan 10th 2013 7:00PM

The Sea Wolves are lead by three veterans Emily Peterson, Morgan Cook and Sariye Jensen. The 4-time defending USAG National Champion, Bridgeport Scarlet Knights, scored a 192.8 in their season opener against Rutgers. The Scarlet Knights are lead by veteran and junior all-arounder Alyssa Straub. Alaska is currently leading the all time series 4-3, and has won in last four meetings.

#20 Kentucky at Auburn
Friday, Jan 11th 8:00 PM

Auburn and Kentucky will meet for the second consecutive week as both teams opened their season last week at the Cal quad meet. Auburn is hoping to bounce back from their disappointing 4th place finish in that season opener. Expect some big scores from Auburn freshman Caitlin Atkinson who is a strong all-arounder. The No. 20 Kentucky Wildcats recorded their highest season opening score in school history at the Cal quad meet for a second place finish. Gymnasts to watch from Auburn are Audrey Harrison and Kayla Hartley. Harrison scored a career best 9.9 on bars in the season opener and tied for first.  Hartley's floor at last week's competition earned her the highest floor score in the competition with a 9.9

#7 Nebraska at #10 Michigan

Saturday, Jan 12th 2013 3:00 PM

The Wolverines had a fantastic season opener and tied Florida for the highest score in the country in the first week of competition. This is a veteran team consisting of ten returning members and four freshman. Look for some big scores from Joanne Sampson, Sampson won the all-around at the Cancun Classic with a huge score of 39.425. This duel meet will be the season opener for Nebraska. The Huskers have high expectations for 2013 after winning their second consecutive conference title last season (first in the Big 10). This is a confident team with six returning all americans. This should be an exciting match up as Michigan is 17-17-1 against Nebraska all-time.
