Gymnastike Contributor of the Week: Marina Mazor

To recognize the great content that the gymnastics community shares on a daily basis, the Gymnastike Leaderboard has been gotten a little makeover. From now on, leaderboard points are based stricly on number of views to your content. That means if you create a great piece of content that attracts the highest amount of views for the week, you could win Gymnastike Contributor of the week!

The gymnastics community is always hungry for more great content from around the world, so if you want to share a local meet that we can't get to, your best gymnastics routine, or just something that inspires you to get in the gym every day, we want to see it! (Make sure you upload it straight to Gymnastike with our uploader, don't just embed the youtube link or we can't feature it! a.k.a. make a homepage banner.)

This week's winner is Marina Mazor from Washington DC. Marina first began contributing to Gymnastike in late 2010 and has created invaluable content for the site. She heads up our adult gymnastics section of Gymnastike, has done Flashback interviews with gymnastics legend Kerri Strug, and has traveled with the Gymnastike team to major events.

This past weekend, Marina was a huge part of Gymnastike's coverage at the 2012 American Cup in New York City. She conducted interviews with gymnasts and coaches and captured great podium training videos that were enjoyed by people around the world. Highlights of Marina's work in NYC include:
- An interview with 2008 Olympic Champion Nastia Liukin
- Stories with 1984 Olympic Champion Mary Lou Retton
- The unveileing of Romanian Larisa Iordache's new floor routine
