2010 US National Champion and 6-time World medalist Rebecca Bross went down during the third rotation of the final night of competition at the Visa Championships while competing a double twisting yurchenko. She landed low and was still twisting at the landing. She was immediately taken off the competition floor and to the hospital for x-rays. Dr. Larry Nassar stated at the time that the injury was a dislocated knee cap, but any ligament tears had not been ruled out. 

 

Today, her agent confirmed to Amy Van Deusen of about.com that "MRIs and x-rays have now confirmed that the rest of her leg and knee are okay; there are no tears in her ACL, MCL, or meniscus." It is just a dislocated knee cap, the same injury that Chelsea Davis incurred during floor training at the 2010 World Championships.
