This week's Troester.com GymInfo National rankings are out and Florida remains at #1. Alabama makes a move to #2 after posting a 197.075 and getting to drop a road score in the 195's. We also have 2 more teams in the 197 club after this weekend: Oregon State with 197 even at home, and Nebraska posted a 197.30 at home with a perfect 10 vault from Erin Davis. 

Remember that all rankings at this point are based on Regional Qualifying Score (RQS). To calculate the RQS, you must first find a team or individual's top three AWAY scores. From the remaining scores, you select the three highest scores (home or away). Then, you toss out the highest score and average the remaining five. 

We're in the crucial point of the season where teams are really pushing to get their RQS up because this is what determines who qualifies to NCAA Regionals, and the seeding for the Regional meet. The top 36 ranked teams will compete at Regionals and teams in the top 18 will have benefit in the seeding.
