Men's College Gymnastics Rankings, January 24th

In week 1 of the men's NCAA gymnastics season, University of Illinois dominated both the Windy City meet in Chicago and the national rankings. But in week 2, Stanford blew everyone away with a score we're more used to seeing towards the end of the year, 364.40! They took revenge on Cal who bested them in week one but even Cal posted a high 358.80 to remain second in the national rankings. US National team member Glen Ishino of Cal topped the all around rankings after week one and even with 2 falls this weekend he still managed to total an 89.90 all around. Wow! That'll be a world class around score when he hits. 

 

Oklahoma had their home opener and sophomore National team member Jake Dalton is solidifying himself as an NCAA All Around title contender with a huge 90.75 all around score this weekend and he even broke the OU school record on vault with a 16.55, a record that in previous years went back and forth between Steven Legendre and the now graduated Chris Brooks.
