Preseason is officially underway for NCAA gymnastics, with many teams having their first practices this past week. We've taken a collection of posts on social media from the top teams and their gymnasts to get you excited for the upcoming season. Check 'em out below.

LSU has seven freshmen joining the roster this year: Reagan Campbell, Bridget Dean, Christina Desiderio, Sami Durante, Sarah Edwards, Olivia Gunter and Gracen Standley. Here is the crew at their first photo shoot day:

The Gators were looking strong on their first day of practice:

Kennedy Baker's new floor routine looks fierce, and we've only seen the first few seconds of it. The reaction from her teammates is maybe the best part:

And here is freshman Jazmyn Foberg practicing a double layout:

UCLA started their preseason with a team-bonding trip to Woodward Camp. The team engaged in a variety of activities there, including volleyball tournaments, choreography competitions, and physical conditioning, in addition to showing off new skills they want to compete this year. You can check out their three days at Woodward on the UCLA Athletics Youtube channel HERE. We thought one of the highlights was their dance-off at the end, showing off the personality of the UCLA team. Check it out below:

Also worth pointing out some impressive beam training by freshman Nia Dennis:

Senior Tiffani Lewis playing with a double layout in training:

Here is Alabama having fun at their photoshoot day:

Some nice bar work from Madison Copiak on the first day of practice:

Freshman Lynnzee Brown showed off some impressive tumbling at practice for National Gymnastics Day

Assistant Coach Scott Vetere took a stab at learning Lauren Marinez' choreography...

And some fun during photo shoot day:
