On Wednesday night's episode of NBC's talent show "Little Big Shots," Simone Biles surprised Johanna Quaas -- the 91-year-old German woman who currently holds the Guinness World Record for being the world's oldest gymnast. She has held the record for five years now.

Quaas performed a routine on floor and parallel bars, and then Biles was welcomed to the stage by host Steve Harvey. Biles surprised Quaas and presented her with a medal for her impressive skills.

The 91-year-old star also showed off her parallel bar routine at the International German Gymnastics Festival in Berlin in early June and impressed the crowd.

Quaas lives in Germany and began competing gymnastics at just 10 years old in 1934. Due to World War II, she was forced to give up the sport, according to The Straits Times. She spent several years on a farm, got married, had three children, and then became a gymnastics instructor.

In 1982, at age 57, she began competing again and has loved the challenge ever since.
If you are fit, it is easier to master life.
