Ashleigh Gnat earned her third 10.0 of the season at the SEC Championships on Saturday in Jacksonville, Florida, with one of her best Yurchenko double fulls of the season. It was the LSU senior's ninth career 10.0 and the fifth that has come on vault.

Gnat also tied for individual titles on balance beam and floor exercise with 9.950s on both events.

LSU won its first SEC championship in 36 years, scoring a phenomenal 198.025 to top the rest of the field.
