It's no question that dads of gymnasts across the country passionately support their sons and daughters in their journeys. But it's rare that you see them physically join in on the journey themselves. One awesome gym dad on Instagram goes above and beyond -- putting himself in his daughter's shoes and attempting the skills she trains at home.

The account for "Ash and Alex" (@my_gym_dad) shares daughter-and-dad gymnastics challenges, and they are hilarious to say the least. Now, we don't encourage dads to attempt these crazy skills, but Alex has taken one for the team.
