It is safe to say this is the most exciting Thursday the gymnastics community has been a part of in a while. With Opening Ceremonies going down in just about 24 hours and podium training for the women creating buzz all day, the hype is real and everyone better believe it. Of course, there has been lots of social media action from all accounts. Here is the best of the day.

With women's podium training being the marquee event for gymnastics today, you better believe there was tons of shares from before and after each team's sessions.
