USA Gymnastics Names 2016 Rio Olympic Rhythmic and Trampoline Teams
Following the USA Gymnastics Championships in Providence, RI, USA Gymnastics announced the rhythmic and trampoline gymnasts who were named to compete at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics this summer. Below are the gymnasts along with the replacements as announced by USA Gymnastics.

Rhythmic gymnastics

Laura Zeng of Libertyville, Ill./North Shore Rhythmic Gymnastics Center
Replacement athlete: Camilla Feeley of Highland Park, Ill./North Shore Rhythmic Gymnastics Center.

Group rhythmic gymnastics

Kiana Eide of Northbrook, Ill.

Natalie McGiffert of Northbrook, Ill.
Monica Rokhman of Northbrook, Ill.
Kristen Shaldybin of Chicago

Trampoline, men

Logan Dooley of Lake Forest, Calif./World Elite Gymnastics

Trampoline, women

Nicole Ahsinger of Lafayette, La./Trampoline and Tumbling Express
Replacement athlete: Shaylee Dunavin of Lafayette, La./Trampoline and Tumbling Express.


Rio frontrunner Charlotte Drury withdrew from the 2016 USA Gymnastics Championships after she broke the talus on her right foot during training on June 10, and was therefore unable to vie for a spot on the Olympic team.
