10 Songs You Wish Were Your Floor Music
We've all thought at one point in our gymnastics careers that floor routines would be way more fun if the lyrics were included--you know, to add that little extra flair. Well, we've compiled ten songs we think would be kinda crazy, fun, and just downright hilarious to have as floor music. This would really change the game...

10. Oops!...I Did It Again - Britney Spears
Channeling your inner-Britney in any floor routine is basically essential, so you may as well just have her belting out this legendary tune while you tumble.

9. Diva - Beyoncé

Can you imagine prancing around the floor to none other than Queen B herself? "Showing off" your routine would be a cake walk--just don't let Beyoncé steal your show.

8. Juicy Wiggle - Redfoo

Just freestyle for the full 1 minute and 30 seconds. The whole arena will likely join you. Guaranteed to be a winner.

7. Firework - Katy Perry

I picture some giant flying X jumps across the floor during the chorus--could potentially replace a tumbling pass if executed well enough.

6. Thriller - Michael Jackson

It's a classic and the judges would obviously love it...plus the moves already exist--you'd just have to master them Michael-style.

5. Larger Than Life - Backstreet Boys

This ultimate throwback would surely be the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Lip syncing required.

4. Uptown Funk - Mark Ronson ft. Bruno Mars

So many opportunities here it's unreal.... I'd recommend bringing props onto the floor.

3. Bang Bang - Jessie J, Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj

Fist pumps, shimmies, sassy strut.... just straight girl power up in here.

2. Drag Me Down - One Direction
I think you could really tell a story with this one--pretending to ward off anyone trying to 'drag you down,' and whippin' out huge tumbling like 'boom, don't mess with me.'

1. Let It Go - Idina Menzel

Seriously how adorable would this be?! Go lyrical with it. Get emotional. You would have the crowd in tears, for sure.

We even have the playlist of songs (via Spotify) if you'd like to start practicing your dream routine:

The bottom line is, no matter what song you choose, the key to a truly memorable floor routine is performing like nobody (or the whole world) is watching...whatever helps you channel your inner-Beyoncé.
