Attention adult gymnasts of all ages and skill levels!  Sign up for the fall adult gymnastics meet at Capital Gymnastics in Burke, VA!  See below for details, and click here for the meet flyer and entry form.  Entry deadline is Wed., September 21.

Join us for a fun, laid back adult gymnastics meet at
Capital Gymnastics in Burke, VA!
All women’s and men’s events!
Awards for events & all around in three age groups:
18-29, 30-39, and 40+!
Participation medals for all gymnasts!
All ages and skill levels welcome!

Date:  Saturday, October 1, 2011

Location:  Capital Gymnastics National Training Center, 10400 Premier Court, Burke, VA 22015

Time:*
6-6:30pm - General warm-up
6:30-6:45pm - March in, introductions
6:45-7pm - warm up first event
7pm - compete first event
15-minute warm-up and competition on each event thereafter

Entry fee:  $40. Any profits will be donated to the Special Olympics!

Entry deadline:  Wednesday, September 21, 2011

How to sign up:  Please email the entry form to Marina Marina@gymnastike.org, and please send a paper copy of the form, with your $40 entry fee, payable to Carlos Vazquez, Adult Gymnastics, by Wednesday, September 21, 2011, to:

    Additional details:
-         On all events, gymnasts can use extra mats and/or a spot for safety
-         For floor routines, gymnast may do their tumbling passes on the rod floor into the resi
-         For vault, gymnasts may use the vaulting table or the resi (i.e., USAG level 4 vault)
-         For pommel horse, gymnasts may use the pommel horse or the mushroom
-         We will hold a bake sale during the meet, and welcome gymnasts to donate baked goods
-         We'll also have a handstand contest!
-         Any profits will be donated to the Special Olympics!
