As usual GAT was a big success! There was lots of greats presenting some great material from elite beam training with Tammy Biggs to yerchenko vaulting and combination tumbling with Tony Retrosi to a pleather of biomechanics tips from guru Dr. Gerald George to help your athlete achieve peak performance.

I lectured on low back injury prevention including core recruitment, hip strengthening/stabilization and balancing out the muscle imbalances, on shoulder injury prevention including strengthen and flexibility training, rehab monkeys featuring Doc Ali on how to handle the mental and physical side of injury, injury prevention for coaches featuring Tony Retrosi with Spotting tips, and led a hands-on exercise session allowing coaches an opportunity to learn the blood pressure cuff to recruit their inner core.

I hope everyone who attended found something they could take home and utilize in there gym. This was my 5th GAT experience and it was a blast! I look forward to many more to come.

I would like to announce the lectures I presented are now up and ready for you to review, review and review more at Perfect 10.0 Physical Therapy Presentations
