Sharaya Musser: NCAA's Most Photogenic

With all the magnificent collegiate gymnastics photos coming in from Erin Long and the GymShark this season, we thought it would be great to highlight one athlete as "most photogenic".

Without question, 2013's award goes to Penn State senior Sharaya Musser.

A couple years ago, Musser rotated with Utah at the NCAA Championships and the Utes' photographer raved about how easy she was to shoot, claiming she could not take a bad photo, even on vault. Turns out, he was right.

More about Sharaya:
Not only is she a beautiful gymnast, but she was one of the top gymnasts in Penn State history.

Musser was slowed by ankle injuries during the 2013 season but was still her team's most consistent performer throughout the year and qualified as an individual to the NCAA Championships once again.

Musser will graduate from Penn State as an 8-time All American, 2012 Big 10 Gymnast of the Year, and 2010 Freshman of the Year, and was a finalist for the 2013 AAI Award for the country's top senior gymnast. And of course the biggest honor of all... Gymnastike's Most Photogenic in 2013! :)

As a club gymnast, Musser trained at Colorado Aerials and had the opportunity to be coached by 1996 Olympic Champion Jaycie Phelps who she lists as her favorite athlete in her Penn State bio. In 2009, she was crowned J.O. National Champion on beam.
