Steven Legendre has been added to the USA Pan American Games team, as announced by USA Gymnastics. Legendre is part of team Hilton HHonors and trains at the University of Oklahoma. 

Legendre is replacing John Orozco who withdrew from the team due to an injury. Orozco tore his right achilles tendon during a training session last week. Read more about his injury here. 

Earlier this season, Legendre placed first on floor, second in all-around and on vault, and third on rings at the 2015 Winter Cup. 

The other members of the U.S. men’s squad for Toronto are: Marvin Kimble, Sam Mikulak, Paul Ruggeri, and Donnell Whittenburg. The 2015 Pan American Games are scheduled for July 10-26 in Toronto, Ont., Canada, with the artistic gymnastics portion running from July 11-15.
