Results: Central American And Caribbean Games Event Finals

The Central American and Caribbean Games are being held Nov. 14-30 in Veracruz, Mexico and feature 36 sports including artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, and trampoline. The artistic gymnastics competition concluded last weekend and event final champions were crowned. See the team and all-around results here.
 
Yesenia Ferrera of Cuba won vault with a 14.887 followed by Cuba’s Dovelis Torres with a 14.425 and Nicolle Vazquez of Puerto Rico with a 14.3. Jessica Lopez of Venezuela took the uneven bars title with a 14.1 followed by Ana Sofia Gomez of Guatamala with a 13.5 and Bibiana Velez of Colombia with a 13.35. 
 
Lopez also took the beam title with a 14.25 followed by Ana Lago of Mexico who scored a 13.85 and Ferrera who scored a 13.525. Ferrera won another gold, this time in floor with a 14.1. Lopez came in second with a 13.6 and Torres came in third with a 13.425. 

For the men, the event finals winners were Jorge Vega of Guatamala on floor, Jhonny Munoz of Colombia on pommel, Tommy Ramos of Puerto Rico on rings, Manrique Larduet of Cuba on vault, and Jossimar Calvo of Colombia on parallel bars and high bar.
