Gymnastike is thrilled to return to one of the largest gymnastics meets on the west coast, the SCEGA California Classic.  This is the first year that competition will include a  National Elite Qualifier and the depth of talent is off the charts. The very best athletes in the country will compete in this year’s competition. Teams to watch include Cincinnati Gymnastics, Colorado Aerials, All Olympia, Desert Devils, Gym-Max, Gliders, Gold Medal, GymJam, IGI, Parkettes, Stars, Wildfire, WOGA, and the host gym SCEGA. 

 

The meet is hosted by SCEGA at at the San Diego Convention Center. SCEGA, one of the top clubs in the country,has produced National Qualifiers, National Team Members, National Champions, Olympic Trials Qualifiers, and a World Championship Team Member. SCEGA has also had over 27 gymnasts receive full athletic scholarships. SCEGA gymnast Kristyn Hoffa committed to Washington, Kami Shows to LSU and Sarah Garcia to Auburn. Not to mention SCEGA Alumni Sophina Dejesus is currently competing for Valorie Kondos-Fields and her Bruins at UCLA.
