Four Routines you will NOT Want to Miss at Metroplex
With four of the Nation's top teams heading to Fort Worth this Saturday for the Metroplex Challenge, there will be loads of incredible gymnastics and big skills on display. But there are four routines that you absolutely should not miss during Saturday's Metroplex Challenge LIVE stream

#4 Chayse Capps, Beam

From #5 ranked Taylor Spears to former GAGE elite Rebecca Clark, the entire OU beam lineup is show stopping. But one routine you will not want to miss is newcomer Chayse Capps. The freshman starts things off with a press handstand mount with artistic flare. From there, she stuns with her series - back handspring+layout step out+back handspring right into a perfect scale. She's a former competitive dancer and brings her expertise to the beam resulting in a captivating, crowd pleasing routine. Despite taking a fall off beam at Florida, we expect her to dazzle the crowd in a familiar environment. Capps competed at the Metroplex Challenge last season with her club team, Infinite Bounds, and posted the top all around score of the entire level 10 competition.

#3 Audrey Harrison, Vault

In the monotonous world NCAA vault, Kentucky senior Audrey Harrison commands respect. Harrison competes an incredibly risky and rarely seen vault, a front handspring on the board into a front handspring front pike. The last gymnast I saw compete this tricky skill was Michelle Browning of Iowa State back in 2010.

#2 Haley Scaman, Floor

Oklahoma coach K.J. Kindler has really outdone herself with Haley Scaman's latest floor routine. Scaman takes sass to a whole new level while managing to pair it with powerful tumbling and perfect leaps and jumps. This routine has huge scoring potential and was awarded a 9.975 last weekend. She even earned a 10.0 from one judge.

#1 Lloimincia Hall, Floor

LSU junior Lloimincia Hall has made a name for herself as one of the most charismatic performers in all of NCAA Gymnastics. In fact, Hall's 10.0 floor routine from the 2013 season was the year's most watched NCAA Gymnastics routine on Gymnastike. The choreography is pretty polarizing - you either love it or you hate it - and that's the best part! Unlike a bland, boring routine, Lloimincia's creation always stirs up a reaction from the crowd! Plus, she has one of the greatest seat drops we've ever seen.

You can watch EVERY routine LIVE on Gymnastike this Saturday, Feb 15 at 6:45pmCST. Click here to sign up and watch the Metroplex Challenge live stream.
