Shawn Johnson's Shocking Finish of Dancing with the Stars All Stars

2008 Olympic Beam Champion Shawn Johnson has captivated fans all season with her excellent performances on Dancing with the Stars All Stars. Johnson and her partner Derek Hough made it all the way to Tuesday night's Finale show along with Melissa Rycroft and Kelly Monaco.

During Monday night's performance, Johnson was joined by the Fierce Five - Aly Raisman, Jordyn Wieber, Gabby Douglas, McKayla Maroney, and Kyla Ross - in her "super sized freestyle" dance.

The performance was so popular that the group started off the Finale show with a special encore performance.

Then, the three remaining couples had one last opportunity to dance and receive their final scores from the judges. These scores, combined with America's votes decided the All Star Champion.

Johnson appeared to be the fan favorite and earned three perfect 10's for her final dance (video). But in shocking fashion, Johnson and Hough took second place to former Bachelorette Melissa Rycroft and her partner Tony Dovolani.

Writer Bruce R. Miller of the Sioux City Journal is already claiming conspiracy by ABC to keep their former reality star Rycroft close to the show and the network. He also declared Shawn to be "the most technically perfect dancer in the history of the show. She had moves the others couldn't think of doing". Shawn did use her gymnastics skills to her advantage and she was a joy to watch.
